Breaches on the internet are materials promoting: cruel behavior, violence, criminalized pornography, racism and hate speech, injure of person’s pride
Illegal content and activities (as stated by the legislation of the Republic of Latvia):
Criminalized Pornography, pornographic images, videos, computer games etc. materials, materials that popularize pornography or references to the home pages where abovementioned materials are available
- including child pornography - material, which portrays or describes a child that is involved in a sexual conduct, child being completely or partially naked in a sexual posture or wearing lewd clothes, child’s genitals or pubis is portrayed in a stimulating manner
- conducts of erotic or pornographic character with animals
- necrophilia
- satisfaction of sexual desire in a violent manner, brutality in sexual relationship (sadistic or masochistic conduct)

Pedophilia, images, videos etc. materials consisting pedophilia – statements, images and other materials stimulating or promoting pedophilia, or references to the home pages where such information is available.

Grooming – encouraging prostitution, pedophilia, violence or participation in other illegal activities.

Racism and hate speech – information encouraging racism or genocide, race-hatred incitement, inserting racist images, outspoken incrimination, encouraging joining a racist-minded group, discrimination along ethnic lines, reference to a link, in which racist materials are available, advertising such information.

Cyber terrorism – intimidation by using internet. By cyber terrorism people understand the use of electronic information and communication means, for instance, e-mail, online messaging, text messages, mobile phones, bleepers and defamatory web pages for intimidating or torturing in some other way a person or a group of persons by using individual attacks or other possibilities.
